One of the reasons for showing all the old covers and page information, is to help collectors find that special catalog for their collection. All catalogs are not
shown. Heddon catalogs came in a few sizes throughout the years. They were
offered in a standard, later called Deluxe, with a size of 6-7/8" by 10" up
until 1963. After 1949 they also had a smaller size of 5" by 6-5/8" at the
same time as the Deluxe catalogs, which were free. They started to charge 25cts.
for the Deluxe version, unless you bought something. The trade catalogs that
sporting goods and fishing stores received are typically marked as such. These old
catalogs are great for reference material on some of the lures and various other items
offered throughout Heddon's history.
