1962 to 1990

Heddon River Runt Spooks was one of the longest lasting production lures, spanning over 50 years. With this long production period, comes many variations both in cataloged and non-cataloged colors. It can be one of the toughest lures to color collect.

I'm going to attempt to show all colors known, with some variations. The body shape is a Midget River Runt; not all of the colors shown were offered on this series, but were offered on other series. Please remember that I'm showing 1962 to 1990 colors, see Early Runt Colors for the gold eye versions of some of these colors.
